Day 2 (Sunday) found us having a quick breakfast by the pool because the Berg's were coming to visit! They arrived around 9:30am and we decided to visit the Gaylord Hotel's atrium Christmas display...it was huge and unbelievably intricate and fascinating. 
After walking around and admiring everything, we headed over to Disney to the Contemporary Hotel for lunch. 
They just opened a new restaurant called the Wave, which specialized in organic and vegetarian meals...it was delicious...the food and the really cool decor. The picture below shows the lounge where we waited before being seated.

After lunch we all headed back to the hotel (Shingle Creek Resort) and later said goodbye to the Bergs :(

We ate at a really cool Tapas restaurant (the choices of restaurants in Orlando is ENORMOUS) but we loved this place. Lots of appetizer sized portions that you keep ordering until you are full. They have artists working as you eat all around the restaurant, as well as displaying all their artwork. Such a cool place. We loved it!
