Photo Editing: Day 103
Thought I would try a little photo editing a la Pioneer Woman (http://www.thepioneerwoman.com/) so I went to work on this cropped photo of Taylor at the Memorial Day Parade. I used Picasa's editing features, which I find simpler in some cases than PSE.

First comes love...???: Day 102
Let's just say I became a little suspicious of the declaration that "we're just friends" when I heard them talking (this past weekend when we were at Spec) for 2 hours on the phone. No one talks to a girl for TWO HOURS when they are just friends, right? Hmmmmm........stay tuned for further updates......

Memorial Day Parade: Day 100
Preparations for the Memorial Day Parade began with a sleepover at our house, followed by a 7:15am pickup from Mrs. DeLand....here are the girls loading all their gear into the DeLand Suburban...
Followed by a last minute group photo with their band uniforms....
Handing out water bottles...
Bye-bye!
Here they come!
Lastly, the Star Spangled Banner/Taps/21 Gun Salute at the War Memorial on the Green...

Weekend at Spec: Day 99
Did not get a chance to post yesterday or Friday, as there is no internet, no TV....just wonderful peace and quiet. I actually spent most of the weekend editing Joe's tennis pictures (all 300 of them) to burn them to a CD for his coach (I took a lot of the whole team).
Following are some random pics from the weekend in Mass.....

Prom Pics: Day 92
Spent a few hours editing all the prom pictures I took....adjusting almost everyone of them because they were indoor photos...I think they came out pretty good despite the rainy weather that forced us indoors...I am putting most of them on a Kodak site so that everyone there can pick and choose which ones they want. Enjoy!
Dog Tired: Day 91
Today was a busy but fun filled day...started off by heading to Boston to Arnold Arboretum, where the lilac display was to die for. After hiking around the trails for a few hours with another lappy family, both Jim and I and Mikko were dog tired!
We raced home, changed clothes, then headed south to New Haven where we met friends, did a little shopping at IKEA and then all headed to Pepe's for pizza...finally back home...only to start again tomorrow!
